Sean had his first sit in a REAL helicopter today - he was grinning from the moment he spotted the chopper parked on the helipad!

Grumpy Old Woman?

I was watching Grumpy Old Women last night on ABC. I was shocked at just how much these 40-60 something year old women I am like! My jaw dropped when I saw that they motion to people who drive whilst talking on mobile phones and glaring at people who litter (or chase after them). I can't believe that these women are just like me - only older!!!

No wonder I tell people I'm a grumpy old cow!

Apologies to any British readers... or any Aussies that taped The Bill last night and are yet to watch it.

Last night's The Bill episode (shown in Australia) was the best in YEARS! Finally "Gabriel" David Kent met his demise (yay!!!). Smithy (as usual) saved the day! "Gabriel" Kent has spent the last two or more years terrorising the poor innocent (not in the biblical sense) plods at Sun Hill. He has clocked up several murders, deception, "incest" (posing as one officer's long lost son after having an affair with her), rape... need I continue?

SMH showed an article re lack of vegetables in diets. This isn't an obesity scare, it features cultures that don't have (or have very little) vegetable and fruit matter in their diets. Enjoy!
